Preliminary Study and Detailed Design were developed for the quadrupling of the Cintura Line between Roma/Areeiro and Braço de Prata, and for the modernisation of the Northern Line up to Sacavém. The intervention covered around 15.5 km of railway infrastructure, including Oriente Station and interfaces with the future Third Tagus Crossing, improving capacity, safety and performance of the urban rail network.
