The industrial unit of Tryba in Ribeirão is the result of a partnership between the French Tryba group and the Portuguese company Caixiave, from which ACWIN was created. Located in Ribeirão, Vila Nova de Famalicão, ACWIN is one of the largest factories for the production of high‑efficiency windows in Europe, resulting from a 50‑million‑euro investment. The factory produces aluminium and PVC windows and doors, including double‑glazed units, for the Iberian and international markets.
ACWIN emerged from the merger of Caixiave, the Portuguese leader in PVC windows and doors, with the French Tryba group. The company was founded with the objective of producing high‑efficiency windows on a large scale using advanced technologies and automated processes. The Ribeirão plant has more than 50,000 m² of floor area and employs over 200 people.
