Within the Parsons–FCG–Fase Consulmar Gapres Consortium, Gapres acted as Technical Consultant for Airport Planning and Design, supporting the development of the Project Base Information and Minimum Technical Requirements for the Ota Airport. Key tasks included reviewing, compiling and structuring information from ANA Group airports; analysing issues related to the closure of Portela Airport; preparing plans, layouts and conceptual drawings to estimate investment value; cooperating with the financial consultant; and developing Minimum Technical Requirements.
